Olit Hookalit orders are refundable within 14 days of delivery for sealed unused devices. Dead-on-arrival (DOA) replacements ship free. Open devices are non-refundable for health and safety reasons (federal vape regulation). Lost-in-transit packages are replaced or refunded after carrier investigation. Warranty claims for hardware defects are handled within 30 days of delivery.

REFUND WINDOW

Olit Hookalit 14-Day Refund Window for Sealed Devices

Sealed, unused Olit Hookalit devices in original retail packaging are refundable within 14 days of delivery (the date the carrier marks the order as delivered, not the date you open the box). The 16-digit scratch code on the silver panel must be unscratched for the device to count as sealed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order was a fulfillment error on our side.

DOA REPLACEMENT

Olit Hookalit Dead-on-Arrival Free Replacement

If your Olit Hookalit Mega 200K, Olit Hookalit Pro 60K, or Olit Hookalit 40K Tarot Edition arrives non-functional (won't power on, won't charge, leaks juice on first pull, LED stays stuck on red), email service@olithookalitvape.com within 7 days of delivery with a short video showing the symptom. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and send a prepaid return label for the defective unit. Replacements pull from the same Olit Hookalit flavors library.

The replacement ships same-day if reported before 2 PM Pacific Time on a business day.

OPEN DEVICE

Olit Hookalit Open Device — Non-Refundable

Federal vape regulation does not allow resale of used disposable nicotine devices. Once the Olit Hookalit retail box is open, the scratch code is exposed, the device has been used, or the seal is broken, the device is non-refundable. The only exception is a manufacturing defect that qualifies under the warranty path below.

This is a health and safety rule, not an internal policy — we cannot waive it.

LOST IN TRANSIT

Olit Hookalit Lost-in-Transit Claims

If carrier tracking shows your Olit Hookalit order as delivered but you did not receive it, file a claim with us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation (typically UPS or USPS, depending on shipping region). If the carrier confirms loss, we ship a replacement at no cost. If the carrier returns 'delivered to address,' we work with you on a porch-piracy claim and may refund the order pending investigation. How to File an Olit Hookalit Return

Email service@olithookalitvape.com with your order number, the device (Mega 200K / Pro 60K / 40K Tarot), and the reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with the West Sacramento warehouse return address and any required documentation.

  1. Reach out within the 14-day window with your order number.
  2. Pack the sealed device in the original retail box with the silver scratch panel intact.
  3. Ship to the return address we provide (customer pays return shipping unless fulfillment error).
  4. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
WARRANTY

Olit Hookalit Hardware Warranty — 30-Day Window

Olit Hookalit Mega 200K, Pro 60K, and 40K Tarot devices carry a 30-day hardware warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects — battery failure, coil malfunction, USB-C port failure, LED display failure. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or devices used past their puff capacity.

To file a warranty claim, email service@olithookalitvape.com with your order number, the defective device serial number from the scratch panel, and a short video showing the defect. We will ship a replacement at no cost after verification.
