Two checks before you submit
Most claims that stall do so for one of two reasons, and both take a minute to rule out.
01 · Rule out the common faults
A blocked airflow sensor, a dirty USB-C port, or a flat battery accounts for a large share of "dead" devices. Work through the troubleshooting guide first — if it fixes the problem you get your device back today instead of in a week.
02 · Check the device is genuine
Run the 16-digit scratch code through the authenticity check. Counterfeits are the single most common reason a claim is declined, and the check takes seconds.
03 · Have your evidence ready
Photos of the fault plus the code on the box. For intermittent problems — auto-firing, a blinking LED — a still frame pulled from a short video works fine.
Marketplace purchases (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, TikTok Shop) are outside the warranty — Olit Hookalit does not sell direct on those platforms, so we cannot verify what you received. Read the full terms in the refund and returns policy.
File your claim
What happens after you submit
The claim lands with the support team immediately and is worked in the order received.
Within 48 business hours
A support specialist reads the claim, checks the code against our records, and replies by email — either with a decision or with the one thing still missing.
If it is approved
A replacement ships from West Sacramento, CA, dispatched within 24 hours on working days, adult-signature on delivery like any other order.
If it is declined
You get the reason in writing — usually a marketplace purchase, a failed authenticity check, or wear outside the warranty window — along with whatever we can still do.
Prefer email? Write to service@olithookalitvape.com with the same details. The form exists because it collects everything in one pass — claims sent by email usually need a follow-up for the missing photo or order number.
Warranty claim FAQ
How do I file an Olit Hookalit warranty claim?
Use the form above — name and email, where you bought it, the model, the fault type, a description, and up to five photos. Submitting files the claim and opens an account under your email so you can follow it. Complete claims are reviewed within 48 business hours.
What evidence should I attach?
Clear photos of the problem plus the 16-digit scratch code from the box. For intermittent faults such as auto-firing or a blinking LED, a still frame from a short video works. JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF, 8 MB each, five files total.
Which purchases are covered?
Manufacturing defects on devices bought from this site or a licensed retailer, reported inside the warranty window. Marketplace purchases are not covered — we cannot verify what those sellers shipped. Run the authenticity check first.
How long does a claim take?
Complete claims are reviewed within 48 business hours. Claims missing evidence or purchase details take longer while we ask for the missing piece — which is exactly why the form asks for all of it up front.
My device is out of warranty — is it worth submitting?
Try the troubleshooting guide first; a lot of reported faults turn out to be a blocked airflow sensor or a dirty charging port rather than a defect. If that does not resolve it, submit anyway and say what you already tried.
