LED color reference (all devices)

All three Olit Hookalit devices use the same LED color convention. Solid white = normal draw activity, juice flowing. Solid red = battery below 10%, recharge. Pulsing red = critical low, charge immediately. No light during draw = juice exhausted OR coil failure (contact service@olithookalitvape.com if well below puff label).

Mega 200K — LED display codes

Mega 200K is the only device with a full LED display (Pro 60K and 40K Tarot only have solid-color LED). The display rotates through BATTERY % / JUICE level / PUFFS count. Cycle the hidden button on the device side to toggle visibility. If the LED display flickers but battery is full, the display panel may have a hardware defect — file a warranty claim with a video of the flicker.

USB-C charging — all devices

Use any standard 5W USB-C cable. Mega 200K takes ~2.5 hours to full from empty (1700 mAh). Pro 60K and 40K Tarot take 60-90 minutes. If the device doesn't charge: (1) try a different USB-C cable, (2) try a different wall adapter (some fast-charge bricks can confuse the device's charge controller — use a basic 5V/1A adapter), (3) inspect the USB-C port for lint with a flashlight and clean with a wooden toothpick if needed.

Juice leak diagnosis

Some juice condensation in the device mouthpiece on first use is normal — wipe with a clean paper towel and the device should work fine. If juice is leaking from the device seam or USB-C port, that's a manufacturing defect — file a warranty claim immediately with a photo. Never use a leaking device; the juice is concentrated and the leak indicates the internal coil chamber is compromised.

What is the Olit Hookalit warranty?
30-day quality issue window from the date of delivery. We accept claims for: dead-on-arrival devices, USB-C charge port failures, LED display defects (Mega 200K), juice-leak issues at the device seal, and authentication / scratch-code failures. Approved claims ship replacements same-day from West Sacramento, CA.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email service@olithookalitvape.com with your order number, device SKU, and a clear photo of the issue (LED display, leak, dead port, etc.). We respond within 24 business hours with replacement authorization or follow-up questions if the photos are inconclusive.
What's NOT covered by the warranty?
Damage from physical drops, water immersion, freezing temperatures (below 32°F sustained), juice spills caused by user storage upside-down, fake devices purchased through unauthorized retailers, and devices purchased through any channel other than olithookalitvape.com or another Olit Hookalit-authorized US distributor. Cosmetic wear (scratches, USB-C port wear) is also not covered.
How long do replacement units take to ship?
Same business day from West Sacramento, CA on approved claims submitted before 2 PM PT. Approved after 2 PM ships the next business day. Tracking is emailed automatically. Adult-signature is required at delivery.
Can I return a device that doesn't taste right?
Taste preference is not a warranty issue — we cannot replace a device for 'I didn't like the flavor.' If you suspect the juice has an actual quality defect (off-flavor that doesn't match the device's other flavors, visible juice discoloration, or unusual burnt taste from the first puff), email a description and we'll evaluate under quality-issue criteria.
Does the warranty cover the Mega 200K hookah base separately?
The Mega 200K is the disposable hookah head — the hookah base it screws onto is your existing shisha base (not included with the device). Warranty covers the disposable head itself (USB-C port, LED display, valve threading) for 30 days. We don't sell hookah bases and don't warranty third-party bases.
