Every authentic Olit Hookalit device ships with a silver scratch panel on the retail box. Scratch off the coating, read the 16-digit code, enter it at <a href='https://service@olithookalitvape.com/' target='_blank' rel='noopener'>service@olithookalitvape.com</a>. Real codes resolve to a 'Verified' page with batch and manufacture date in under 5 seconds. If the code times out or returns 'Code not found', email service@olithookalitvape.com immediately — we'll authorize a replacement under the 30-day quality window.
On the bottom face of every Olit Hookalit retail box. The panel is matte silver, approximately 18 × 8 mm. It sits below the product image and barcode.
If your box does not have a silver scratch panel, you have a counterfeit. Authentic Olit Hookalit boxes always have the panel — no exceptions.
Use a coin or fingernail to scratch off the matte silver coating. The 16-digit alphanumeric code is printed in Courier-style font underneath. Real codes have no spaces, dashes, or special characters.
Open service@olithookalitvape.com in any browser (mobile or desktop). Enter the 16-digit code exactly as printed. Authentic codes resolve to a 'Verified' page showing the batch number and manufacture date in under 5 seconds.
A 'Verified' result means: (a) the code was issued by Olit Hookalit, (b) the code has not been used before, and (c) the manufacture date matches the batch records. The page will display the device SKU, manufacture date, and batch number — these should match the printed labels on your retail box.
