• Coil / heating element defect — Burnt taste immediately on a new device, no vapor production
• Leaking — E-liquid leaks from a factory-sealed unit (not caused by physical damage or misuse)
• Auto-fire or sensor failure — Device does not activate on draw, or fires without input
• Hookah draw sensor failure — Device does not activate on draw or produces weak hookah-style clouds

If an order arrives damaged during shipping or contains the wrong product:

• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging (or the incorrect item received)
• Include the order number
